Stockbridge Restaurant serves up enhanced corporate dining

The award-winning Stockbridge Restaurant in Edinburgh has introduced a new, AA Rosette exclusive-use fine dining experience to enhance its corporate offering.
Well-known for its down-to-earth gastronomy, the restaurant is extending its private hosting for corporate events, client entertaining, tour and incentive groups to the city, as well as family parties, weddings and anniversary celebrations.
A typical menu might start with Seared scallops with butternut squash puree, apple salsa, Serrano ham and caramelised walnuts, followed by Gressingham duck breast with confit leg and foie gras ravioli, fondant potato, wild mushrooms, savoy cabbage with bacon and jus followed by a cheeseboard of local Scottish cheeses, finished off with an indulgent Chocolate brulee with chocolate brownie, white chocolate mousse and milk chocolate ice cream.
