Winners and finalists will be presented with a branding package, medals and PR support, while Aldi will continue to promote their brands in-store
The Aldi-sponsored Scottish Beer Awards has returned for a second year and is on the look-out for Scotland’s Best Brewer.
Organisers have also announced a new industry trade show and conference dubbed ‘Beer Matters’ which is set to take place on the day of the awards.
They say the brewing industry event will be a day of learning and development for brewers and will be attended by a range of international speakers and suppliers from across the UK.
Fifty-four breweries and 154 beers entered the awards last year, with Scottish Borders-based Tempest Brewing collecting a clutch of awards including Scottish Brewery of the Year.
Finalists and winners in the Scottish Beer Awards are presented a branding package, winner’s medals and PR support, while Aldi will continue to promote the competition’s finalists and winners in store.

The 2017 categories will cover innovation, business performance, marketing, design and of course, taste, again tasted by an expert judging panel.
