Would you like some free tips and advice on bidding and procurement?
WHAT: The Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 which passed into law in 2016 provides a new landscape for procurement in Scotland, with greater opportunities for the third sector. Public sector contracts which used to go out to tender if over £164k in value are now publicly tendered from £50k. This brings both increased opportunities for new contracts and increased risk for existing business. Third sector organisations need to be able to write compelling funding applications and award submissions.
