Edinburgh-based Atmos Consulting has appointed experienced Town Planner Ronnie Hogg to its growing Town Planning and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) team.
The environmental and town planning consultancy says Hogg, a chartered Town Planner, has an extensive track record of successfully leading multi-disciplinary project teams to secure planning consent for complex developments, as well as having specific expertise in negotiating legal agreements.
Appointed as Technical Director, Hogg has more than 30 years’ experience within the development and environmental industries and has worked with a broad range of clients, spanning property, housing and infrastructure and including public agencies, private companies and local government.
Atmos Consulting Managing Director Jean Curran said: “We’re delighted to welcome Ronnie to the Atmos team. He brings with him an impressive range of technical and business expertise. His skillset ranges from carrying out in-depth site feasibility assessments to working on a variety of major capital projects.
“In all cases, he has been able to offer expert planning advice and solutions that are creative, catalytic but above all commercial. Ronnie’s appointment will further strengthen our already impressive Town Planning and EIA team as we continue to broaden the scope of our business.”
Hogg said: “Working for Atmos is a fantastic opportunity since it has such an excellent and well-established reputation within the industry. I very much look forward to working with the Town Planning and EIA team and supporting our clients to find the solutions they need to progress their development proposals to a positive planning outcome.”
