Employers are being given extra time to comply with the new Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act (SBEEA) 2015.
They will now have a further two months in which to prepare after a number of changes were made to the roll-out timeline earlier this month (August 2015).
The date companies are required to start keeping a Register of People with Significant Control (PSC) has been pushed back from January 2016 to April 2016 – and the date by which it must be filed with the new ‘Check and Confirm’ statement is now June 2016.
