The countdown is on until the first ever Scotland HR Summit.
There are just four days left to go until the inaugural Scottish event organised by Forum Events at which the industry’s key influencers will be brought together for a series of match-made face-to-face meetings, interactive seminars and endless networking opportunities.
The event takes place at the Hilton Edinburgh Grosvenor on 19 April and looks set to provide the perfect backdrop for HR professionals to build their networks and expertise in this dynamic industry.
Offering invaluable insight into the realm of HR, will be industry specialists Stuart Leatherby, chief commercial officer of Generali Global Health and David Miller, Changefirst CEO.
Leatherby will discuss the challenges remote locations pose to employers, and take a look at the role international health insurers can play in supporting organisations with overseas and offshore teams.
He will also touch on employee wellness, product design, routine medical and emergency support and finally regulation; providing a practical solution to a prominent problem for many HR departments.
Focusing on the changes triggered by emerging economies, customer demands, digital technology and the shift in employee expectations, Miller will share his expertise in an interactive group session.
The change management expert will also share his knowledge on how HR departments can adapt to business strategies in a disruptive world.
Featuring keynote speakers, leading brands and the biggest brains in the industry, the Scotland HR Summit is the ideal place for industry professionals to get their fix on the latest trends, updates and innovations in this ever-changing industry.
