Three new appointments add to the firm’s digital credentials
Change Recruitment Group has recruited three new members to its specialist team to provide recruitment solutions in IT, Digital and Business Change.
The firm, which has offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, has appointed Kaleem Manaf as principal consultant in IT, Digital & Change IT, Digital & Change; Natalie McLean as senior consultant in IT, Digital & Change, and Matt Roberts as a consultant to recruit IT professionals into support and infrastructure positions.
It says the appointments expand the firm’s offering in catering for the ever-increasing demand for digitally skilled workers.
Manaf joins Change’s digital division with more than 10 years’ experience in the IT recruitment sector. He began his early career in IT as Solution Architect designing technology infrastructure and benefits from a broad knowledge of the sector and a vast professional network he has built over the years.
McLean has been in the recruitment industry for nine years and has worked across a wide range of sectors including Investment Services and shore-based oil and gas.
She was with Change between 2010 and 2012 and returned in 2016 after two years of building her knowledge in Information Technology at Optimum IT, a global market leader for the provision of IT personnel.
She joined the Group’s Fintech team, recruiting both contract and permanent IT professionals into Financial Services and broader industry sectors.
Roberts recently joined Change to focus predominantly on the IT & Digital market.
Andrew Finlayson, director of IT, Digital and Change at Change Recruitment Group, said: “All three candidates are excellent and very important additions to our team at a time of ever increasing demand for digitally skilled candidates across all markets.
“Many large companies are now looking to embed a digitally skilled force within, and throughout, their business instead of using external services.
“Kaleem, Natalie and Matt will bring more digital talent to our existing financial services clients, providing specialist technology and digital recruitment services as well as introducing Change’s skills to new markets.”
