The Scottish Top Employers for Working Families Awards 2017 is now open for entries.
The Awards, which are run by Family Friendly Working Scotland (FFWS), are designed to celebrate progressive employers – both large and small – in flexible and family working.
FFWS says it would love to know more about how your organisation embraces flexibility or agile ways of working. Are you big on supporting parents and carers in your work force, for example? Do you innovate to build a high performance organisation?
The organisation says its keen to learn more about your work culture and policies, and how these have benefitted your employees and your business.

Best large private sector employer
Best SME private sector employer
Best public sector employer
Best third sector employer
The Carers Scotland best for carers and eldercare award
Best for innovation in family friendly and flexible working

About Family Friendly Working Scotland (FFWS)
FFWS is a collaborative partnership between Working Families, Fathers’ Network Scotland, Parenting Across Scotland, and the Scottish Government which recognises the proven link between ‘family friendly’ working and improved business performance.
It engages with employers, employees and policy makers in practical ways to embed flexible working practices into the workplace.
Funded by the Scottish Government, its aim is to make Scotland a beacon of excellence in flexible and family friendly working.
