Edinburgh firm to produce conferences in Tanzania, New Jersey and London
Edinburgh-based 20/20 Productions, the creative communication, digital, film and event production agency, has been appointed to produce a further three of the ICIS Base Oils & Lubricants Conference events around the world.
Around 1000 highly respected, influential business leaders from the oil industry around the world will attend the three events in Tanzania Africa, New Jersey USA and London UK, which will take place in November 2016 and February 2017.
The contract was awarded to 20/20 Productions following the outstanding work undertaken by the award winning company since 2012 at another ICIS’ annual event, Middle Eastern Base Oils & Lubricants (MEBO) in Dubai.
For the MEBO event, which took place again this month, 20/20 Productions provides production services to the pre-conference seminar, conference, exhibition and networking spaces. In addition, the talented team also provides creative presentation services and digital support through its Smoke Signal platform.
Craig Munro, senior producer at 20/20 Productions, said: “ICIS commissioned us to enhance the other events in the series, and to standardise the offering and help create a cohesive brand identity for the overall portfolio.
“Our Smoke Signal tool, is an innovative digital signage platform that allows organisers toannounce information and display dynamic content such as Twitter trends, video and imagery at events. This alongside other technical services will be part of the work we do with the other Base Oils events.
“Scalability of the event services was key in the planning for these events due to audience size and local costs around the globe, which we manage on behalf of clients.”
