Ryden recruits three new specialists to its Edinburgh HQ

Commercial property specialist continues to expand in the Capital 

Property consultant Ryden has made three key appointments at its Edinburgh headquarters.
Monica Forde, Clare Edgar and David Moore are the latest new recruits to join the commercial property specialist’s team in the Capital.

Forde re-joins the firm from Glasgow City Council as planning consultant and will oversee planning and research projects for both public and private sector clients.
Edgar, who has more than 14 years’ experience in property management and lease advisory servces, joins Ryden’s property management group as an associate from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where she managed the firm’s Scottish portfolio of property management clients.

Moore, whose property career spans more than 30 years, joins the firm as a senior project manager following similar posts at Turner & Townsend, University of Glasgow and Davis Langdon. Ryden says he brings a wealth of experience and will play a crucial role in helping the team bolster its service offering and advising an ever growing client base.
