Sainsbury’s Bank opens first dedicated contact centre in Rosyth

Bank supports 125 jobs in Fife following its buy-out of Lloyds Banking Group’s 50% business share

Sainsbury’s Bank has opened its first dedicated UK contact centre at Caledonia House in Rosyth.
The new 21,000sq ft facility opened its doors yesterday (Thursday, 25 November) – supporting 125 jobs and bringing its customer service in-house for the first time since J Sainsbury bought over Lloyd’s Banking Group’s 50% share in Sainsbury’s Bank in 2014.
Staff who previously worked for Lloyds Banking Group at nearby Pitreavie Business Park in Dunfermline have been welcomed over to the new, modern contact centre at Innova Campus, which has a staff restaurant and number of break-out areas, to serve Sainsbury’s Bank customers.
Fife Council deputy leader councillor Lesley Laird (pictured) went along yesterday to help officially open the new centre.
