Business support and funding up for grabs for social enterprises

Growth and Replication challenge prize combines bespoke business support with tailored finance

Established charities and social enterprises are being urged to apply for Social Investment Scotland’s Growth and Replication Challenge to be in with a chance of winning bespoke business support and tailored financial backing.
Expressions of interest are being sought from organisations which have developed strategies for growth or replication and are looking for investment of between £100k and £1 million to help make that happen in 2017 until midnight on 3 April.
Successful applicants will receive the following:
Professional business support worth up to £10,000 to address issues such as:
Governance
Business Planning
Product Design
Specialist Skills
Financial Forecasting
Sales & Marketing
Social Impact Reporting

Access to flexible finance:
Secured and unsecured investment
13 year fixed rate terms to provide confidence on future costs
Patient arrangements (nothing or something to pay for the first 3 years)
No upfront fees
