Savills promotes 13 specialists across Scottish offices

Raft of promotions took place earlier this month

Savills has announced a raft of promotions in Scotland, including five in its Edinburgh office.
The international real estate advisor confirmed 13 in total – all of which took effect on 1 March.
In Edinburgh, Rod Leslie, UK Investment, has been promoted to Director; Jamie Wedderspoon, Rural, Energy & Projects, and Robert Grant, Valuation, to Associate Director, and Cheryl Short, Development, and Andrew Thomson, Residential, to Associate.
The remaining promotions are in Glasgow, Ayr and Fochabers.
Nick Penny, Head of Savills Scotland, said: “Our staff are our most important asset and supporting their career progression is paramount to the continued success of our business and maintaining a best in class client service. In Scotland we continue to go from strength to strength and I would like both to congratulate and thank these individuals for their hard work and dedication.
“This latest good news follows the launch of several new service lines in Scotland in 2017 already: a valuations team in Aberdeen; a dedicated commercial and mixed use development team headed by Bruce Patrick; and a new Scottish hotels agency team with the arrival of Keith McBain and Steven Fyfe who joined in February.”
Savills advises on residential, rural and commercial property in Scotland from nine regional offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth, Brechin, Aberdeen, Dumfries, Fochabers, Ayr and Haddington.
