The HR Dept has put together a wide range of topics which will increase the effectiveness of your people, whether they are high flyers or need a bit of gentle persuasion to do things differently.

This programme is suitable for all roles, e.g. sales, marketing, support, production or front line, irrespective of whether they have line management responsibilities or not.
This programme is delivered on a modular basis and covers nine key areas of development, each delivered through a two-hour interactive workshop:

The programme is flexible, so you can swap delegates for different modules if you want to make sure you get the best value for you.

Investment 
The course costs £995 per delegate for all nine modules. This includes the workshops, refreshments and course materials. The programme can also be delivered on a modular or bespoke basis in-house. Free membership of a closed LinkedIn group is also exclusively available to delegates. There is a 25% discount for a second place.
Early Booking Bonus: Book and pay by end April and receive a £100 discount per place.
Dates
The workshops will be run on a fortnightly basis, starting mid-May, with a break for the summer holidays so no one misses out. Bookings are open now and places are limited.
