Soft play centre becomes latest Fife firm to complete WorldHost training 

Action Zone soft play centre in Leven has become the latest Fife business to achieve WorldHost recognition after putting its staff through specialist training in customer service.
Owner Michael Morris said: “We have great facilities here so the children have a fantastic time, but excellent customer service makes all the difference as it keeps bringing families back again and again. I’m very proud of the staff and delighted that the customer service training has added some extra ideas to how we do things. The WorldHost Recognised Business award is definitely something every business should have.”
