JLL Scotland toasts graduate exam success fourfold

Four graduates at JLL Scotland have qualified as chartered surveyors

JLL Scotland is this week toasting four graduates who have qualified as chartered surveyors.
Colleagues Conor Docherty, Jan Dunsire, Ally Stang and Matthew Hannah have completed a clean sweep for the property consultancy by passing their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) exams.
The APC is a period of structured practical training and professional development that ends with the Final Assessment and ensures that candidates joining RICS are competent to practise as a chartered surveyor.
JLL’s graduate scheme offers a number of different opportunities for graduates and undergraduates, including sandwich placements for students undertaking a RICS accredited degree and JLL First, a two day workshop for first year students interested in a career in Real Estate and Building Surveying.
Alasdair Humphery, Lead Director at JLL in Scotland, said: “I know each one of our graduates has put in a huge amount of work for this incredibly important professional qualification. JLL has supported them all the way but considerable self-sacrifice has been evident as they have worked towards this fantastic result.
“At a time when the war for young talent has never been greater, it’s absolutely crucial that we can demonstrate the merits of a career with JLL. We pride ourselves on the JLL graduate programme being the best in class and the success of our graduates underlines this reputation. I look forward to seeing our four successful graduates continue to develop and progress their careers with us.”
