Business Stream has picked up six industry honours between the UK Digital Experience Awards and UK Customer Experience Awards

UK water retailer Business Stream has picked up six awards at two national industry events.
The Edinburgh-headquartered firm landed two accolades at the UK Digital Experience Awards, which took place at Wembley Arena on 22 November – winning the Business Transformation and Omni-Channel Experience categories, the latter of which it entered in partnership with Capgemini, a global consulting, technology services and digital transformation specialist. This follows a successful haul at the UK Customer Experience Awards, where the firm won four of seven nominated categories: Customer Centric Culture, Business Change, Insight and Feedback, and Utilities.
