The Black Pig & Oyster in Edinburgh’s Leith district has entered the commercial property market under the management of Christie & Co.
Situated within the Shore, the 65-cover restaurant, which has a full premises licence, is surrounded by a range of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, including Michelin star restaurants such as The Kitchin and Restaurant Martin Wishart.
It has been refurbished to a high standard by the current owner, featuring unlined brick walls and creative decor suitable for multiple cuisine styles. The entrance of the restaurant is a steel and glass extension, which is used as a reception area and could be an ideal space for hosting drinks and coffees before or after dinner. The metalwork complimented by the glass allows dinner guests to enjoy views of the Shores water. Extra seating for 20 covers is available outside across from the waterfront quay.
