The Podcast Host expands Dundee production team

The Podcast Host in Dundee says it has expanded its production team in preparation for the development of its first app

The Podcast Host has strengthened its production team with the appointment of a new front-end developer.
The Dundee-based firm, which specialises in podcasting for business, says it has ambitious plans for expansion over the next four years – as it develops its first app – and has boosted its team in preparation by recruiting experienced front-end developer Bran Kacer.
Kacer’s appointment takes The Podcast Host team, whose clients have included STV and Broadstance Media led by former TV presenter Jackie Brambles, as well as local companies such as Blackadders in Dundee, to five.
CEO Colin Gray said: “Finding the right people – and those who can take on your company values – is so important. I look forward to working with Bran as we expand the team even further.”

Bran, a former Robert Gordon’s graduate, who previously worked for Studio NEC, said: “Every day there is a new problem to solve. The work never gets boring or mundane. I really love that I can make decisions that will impact (hopefully) thousands of users in the future, and that I have great freedom in making those decisions as the company hierarchy is quite flat.”
The Podcast Host creates tools, training and resources to help companies and individuals start their own podcasts.
