Fife company says businesses just wanna have fun after seeing a 30% increase in demand for corporate entertainment
Team Challenge Company has announced a £50,000 investment in equipment for corporate family fun days following a 30 per cent increase in new business bookings.
The new equipment includes a 100ft. inflatable assault course complete with 30ft slide and climbing wall; two green screen photo-booths which can be branded with company logos where guests can put themselves in front of any background in the world and an inflatable disco dome.
According to Team Challenge Company, it’s one of the few firms of its kind to own all its own event equipment. This latest investment adds to its already established event products which include Soap Box Derby, Trade to Win, Beat the Clock and Pressure Zone.
Team Challenge Company co-director Gerard Crowley said: “The upturn in the economy over the past few years has meant that we have seen an increase of 30 per cent in corporate family fun day business especially from companies in central Scotland and southern England.
“We have had events such as AG Barr’s Soap Box Derby as well as many corporate BBQs, some of which were attended by up to 400 employees and their families, and as such, we felt that it was the right time to expand our capabilities in this market.”
The firms says the investment has been instrumental in establishing a new partnership with premier hospitality venue Hamilton Park Racecourse, which sees Team Challenge Company as the preferred supplier for corporate or team building events taking place on the iconic grounds.
Georgia McKay, conference and events sales manager at Hamilton Park Racecourse, said: “With over 20 acres of land we are a popular choice for businesses looking to host corporate fun days or team building events. Having worked with Team Challenge Company in the past we know they are a professional and exceptionally talented team who consistently deliver memorable events for our customers. We are excited about working with them on a number of upcoming corporate events.”
Team Challenge Company, which operates across the UK and Ireland from its Dunfermline head office, works with a range of companies from SMEs to clients with more than 15,000 employees.
