Jen Downie, who lives in Edinburgh, is appealing to locals to support Num Num Teething Jewellery, which has been nominated in the Best Handmade Gift Under £50 category of what is one of the largest and most trusted parenting awards programmes worldwide, by casting their votes in her favour before the deadline at midnight on 19 July.

Downie’s LBP award nomination comes a month after she was also nominated for two Mumii Awards for Best Teething Jewellery and Best Baby Wearing Accessory.
The Num Num products now stocked in 15 shops across the UK, including Kiddiecare, as well as in Pippin, Willow Boutique, and Maddie & Marks in Edinburgh.
Downie said: “It’s been such an amazing few months being nominated for these awards.  The Loved By Parents one is even more special because it will be voted on by members of the public.
“I know how busy everyone is but if anyone can take two minutes to vote for us in the LBP awards it would mean the world to us. We are a mum-made business and it would be amazing to become an award-winning product.
“To vote for us, go to the website and fill in your details and then, under Product Name, put ‘Num Num Teething Jewellery’ and, next to Category type “Best Handmade Gift under £50.”
