A company specialising in high-quality residential and holiday park accommodation in Scotland says it’s offering significant investment opportunities to those considering lodge ownership.
Richmond Wight Estates, which operates Glendevon Country Park in Perthshire and parks in Dumfries & Galloway and Morayshire, has launched LuxuryLodgesDirect.com to give investors the opportunity to buy – either for their own personal holiday use or as a way of investing a lump sum to yield a guaranteed rental return.
It has teamed up with UK tour operator Hoseasons to manage the lettings business and to “ensure year-round high-tariff bookings”.
Richmond Wight says it has plans to add two more top-end parks to its portfolio by the end of the year and its high-spec lodges come complete with Jacuzzis, outside decking and are fully furnished and decorated.
Managing director Chek Whyte: “After a very busy 12 months, during which we have acquired Moffat Manor Country Park at Beattock, Dumfries and Galloway, and concluded this partnership with Hoseasons, we are extremely pleased to launch LuxuryLodgesDirect.
“We believe this lodge ownership deal, and the various flexible options available, represents a considerable investment opportunity in today’s marketplace, and could be particularly beneficial to those looking for pension release opportunities.
“Our Scottish parks are all in desirable locations with a full twelve month season.
“Subject to availability, we offer customers the chance to swap weeks and enjoy another park on a weekly basis, if it is available. They can effectively enjoy breaks in any of our locations if they so wish.”
“Hoseasons have the track record and the credibility to make this proposition even more attractive to our target market.”
“A park visit and showhome viewing is on offer to interested parties. We have extremely professional on site teams who look after guests from the moment they are checked in to the moment they leave, ensuring our owners can have complete peace of mind.”
