Do you have what it takes to be the Forth Estuary Forum’s next director?

Edinburgh-based charity is on the look-out for new leadership

The Forth Estuary Forum, which promotes the wise and sustainable use of the Forth Estuary and its environment, is recruiting for new directors.
The charity is inviting expressions of interest and nominations for new directors to join its board, which meets quarterly and is responsible for all aspects of governance.
It says directors should have a keen interest in the sustainable planning, management and use of the Forth and its environs and be able to demonstrate effective communication, leadership and team-working skills. A business background and/or experience of work with local authorities would be advantageous.
All directors are appointed in a personal capacity and the positions are voluntary and unpaid.

Submissions for consideration by the present Board should be made by Monday, 17 October 2016. The Forum’s AGM will be on 17 November 2016, followed by its annual conference.
