Halloween HR Horror Stories and How to Prevent Them – November seminar

HR seminar and networking, including light buffet lunch, to be held at the Howard Hotel in Edinburgh on November 1

The HR Dept presents… HR Horror Stories and How to Prevent Them

Have you ever experienced HR “horror stories” in your organisation?
Have you ever wondered if it was just you and “witch” situations other organisations face?
Have you reflected on the lessons learnt and how you might approach similar situations in the future to avoid an “own ghoul”?
If you answer YES to any of these questions, then this is the seminar for you!
This “spooktacular” seminar is a great opportunity to learn, share and reflect for any organisation that knows how important it is to handle difficult people situations well.
We will explore a range of real life situations that we have advised on down the years. Names will be removed to protect the innocent – and the guilty!
In this, the latest of our series of highly popular seminars, Ian Pilbeam of The HR Dept Edinburgh & Lothians will provide you with lots of “tricks and treats”.
Pilbeam is well known for his “clear, informative and entertaining” presentation style. Our seminars have a “friendly, relaxed atmosphere” and use real life examples and productive small group work to facilitate the learning outcomes. They are also a “fangtastic” opportunity to network with other managers and business owners.
The event – to be held between 12pm and 2pm on Tuesday, 1 November 2016 at the Howard Hotel, 38 Great King Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6QH – will include a light buffet lunch.
Cost: £19 (+VAT) per person
There are only 25 spaces available so book now.
