Luxury Sleeping Beauty Melrose Spa opens its doors at the Radisson Blu

New spa is the first of its kind in the Capital

A new, luxury spa has opened its doors at the Radisson Blu Hotel on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh.
The Sleeping Beauty Melrose Spa has been created by Lilac Miller – director of four Sleeping Beauty Salons across Scotland – and is the latest addition to her health and wellbeing portfolio.
It’s said to be “straight out of a fairytale” and is the first of its kind in the Capital.
The Spa has three treatment rooms, as well as a double room, and a dedicated nail bar, as well as a leisure pool, steam room, sauna and gym.
It uses products from the Elemis and JustBe ranges, as well as Sleeping Beauty’s own therapeutic retail products.
Miller said: “I am delighted to have opened this new salon in Radisson Blu Hotel. Anyone who enters the spa look to us to help them look and perhaps more importantly, feel better.
“Our therapists are not only fantastic at giving the very highest quality beauty treatments, but they are naturally empathetic, warm and interested in each and every client’s emotional well-being too.”
An exclusive list of press were invited to the launch event and had the opportunity to experience the Sleeping Beauty range of signature treatments, including taster massages, facials and manicures, using Elemis, Sleeping Beauty and JustBe aromatherapy-based products.
Gail Bryden of Edinburgh-based JustBe Botanicals was also on-hand at the event and talked with press about the different JustBe aromatherapy influences goodies, such as handmade oils, chocolates and teas and let them try products, as well as offering interested parties a candle hand massage.
The Sleeping Beauty team of therapists will be on hand seven days a week with late night appointments available Monday-Friday. Specialising in Elemis Face & Body treatments, they will also offer nail services, massage, waxing, eye treatments & holistic therapies.
