Could whisking your team away for a week’s R&R be the next big thing?

New corporate retreat packages launch as we ask ‘Fancy jetting off to the sun with your entire workforce a la Solve HR?’

Luxury and Greek holiday specialist Fly Me To The Moon Travel has launched a new range of retreats for business professionals to help strengthen corporate relations, team building, career redirection, give motivational boosts and develop a better work-life balance.
The travel agency says each of the retreats is bespoke and ideal for corporate bonding, designed to combine the right location for individual delegates, accommodation, life coach, activities and more.
It’s offering a choice of the following tailor-made retreats designed specifically for corporate groups:
The Island Retreat
An autumn or spring retreat on the relaxing island of Serifos in the Cyclades to rejuveniate pre or post winter. The retreat takes place in the privacy of a luxury villa overlooking the Aegean Sea, with healthy Mediterranean food prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Hiking along century-old paths and practising yoga in the open under the clear, blue sky are also par for the course. island-retreat
The Sailing Retreat
Designed for groups looking to build or improve relationships, this retreat takes place on a wooden motor sailer yacht slowly cruising in the Ionian waters between Corfu, Paxos, Ithaki and Cefalonia. The itinerary includes food tasting, trips to the islands to discover their multi-ethic cultures, taking part in traditional local festivals, and practising mind and body sessions in the middle of the Adriatic Sea amidst the sea breeze and seagulls.

The Mountain Retreat
A year-round retreat, which is said to be especially magical in autumn and winter, where travellers can rediscover themselves in the Zagori area, a fairly unexplored territory in north west Greece. While staying in traditional stone mansion, guests will learn how to make traditional local pies, go canyoning in the Vikos Gorge, and visit old Byzantine churches while working on personal balance with an expert coach in a secluded environment.
Winter Retreat in Crete
This winter retreat on the island of Crete is designed to get professionals ready for spring and summer with a week of rejuvenating, recharging and chilling out in a Venetian olive grove estate with converted luxury villa. Highlights include visiting ancient pre-historic sights, olive harvesting, trekking amazing trails thorough the gorges, revitalising spa sessions, and enjoying the famous Cretan cuisine, which forms the basis of the Mediterranean diet.
The Year-Round Retreat
This Peloponnese retreat enjoys year-round good weather and the rugged landscape of the Mani Peninsula overlooking the blue sea, where delegates can learn about the unique history of the area, from the Spartans to the modern day Maniots, by visiting Byzantine chapels and using Spartan philosophy: a healthy mind leads to a healthy body.
