Advertising Scottish property on Tinder could be a smart move for sellers, according to one Edinburgh company, whose recent listing went viral after appearing on the dating app.
Coulters – a residential sales and lettings agency – says its particulars for an Edinburgh property at 58/10 Henderson Street went down a storm on the Tinder platform.
Managing director Mark Coulter, who believes that, in the competitive property market, Tinder listings could be a great way to reach a wider audience, said: “The property market has definitely undergone a significant amount of change over the last couple of years and we can see a shift in the way people are also marketing their homes for sale.
“It’s a very competitive market out there and you have to come up with new and innovative ways to make people aware of what is available to buy.
“The property has generated a large amount of attention from its Tinder dating profile – and has potentially found itself a match for life.”
