Jordans in Scotland rebrands following Vistra acquisition

Jordans in Scotland to continue to build on its unique offering of providing clients with everything they need under one roof

Jordans in Scotland has rebranded following its acquisition by Vistra in December.
The Edinburgh-based firm, which was formerly known as Oswalds, unveiled its new corporate branding at two key events in Edinburgh this week: The Law Society Annual Conference on 19 September and today’s ICAS Conference.
Jordans in Scotland, which is now part of a large international and trust services group, says it will continue to build on its unique offering of being able to provide clients with everything they need under one roof – from UK and international incorporations and company secretarial support, to wider corporate governance and director, accounting, tax, legal and business information services. It will continue to bring together its unique team of lawyers, accountants, trust managers, tax advisers, data and company formations specialists as before – but with the added benefit of extended services.
Andrew Cockburn, Director of Jordans in Scotland
Andrew Cockburn, Director of Jordans in Scotland, is on-hand to answer any questions about the changes now that the firm is part of the Vistra group, which is one of the world’s leading corporate service providers.
Vistra, which employs more than 3,500 professionals across 44 countries and has an extensive global presence, specialises in international corporations, trust, fiduciary and fund administration services.
